Corporate Yoga


The benefits of adding corporate yoga in the workplace can really be profound for the participants.


Yoga helps to relieve stress and tension, improve posture, and refreshes both mind and body.


The sessions can be geared towards whatever the specific goals for your team are, and can be tailored to any level of experience.  We can even do a session of chair yoga, incorporating different stretches and breathing techniques to help with stress.


Information:


  • Sessions can run from anything between 30 minutes to 1 hour.
  • Early morning or lunchtime works best for most businesses, but whenever is suitable for your group.
  • A meeting room, conference room or boardroom works well, any space that will accommodate your group size is suitable.
  • Each student will preferably need their own yoga mat.  I can also bring mats to provide.

Private Lessons


There are huge benefits to having a private yoga session.  We can focus purely on your needs and what you would like to achieve from yoga. Getting specialised attention, which can be more difficult in a class with large numbers, can really help to take your practice to the next level.


  • We will do a thorough consultation to establish what you would need and would like to get out of yoga.
  • Practice will include meditation and pranayama guidance.
  • We can address specific issues, such as pain or injury.
  • ​​Leaving you even more motivated and inspired to continue your practice.


It doesn’t matter on previous experience or level as sessions are tailored to your needs.


Rates on request depending on where you would like the session to take place and the length of time desired.
